From the mind of critic:    If we long for yesterday because we’re worried about tomorrow, are we conscious of today? Do wonderful people, beautiful scenery and unexpected great events of today, get fogged over by memories of yesterday, which were never as good as we remember, and can become worse if recreated tomorrow? Does yesterday provide clues of where we went wrong and where we went right, while the future provides a blueprint of what we’d like to see, so we can start creating it now? Does any of this matter, because our perceptions create our realities, and can build us up and/or tear us down, no matter what timeline we find ourselves in? There’s no reason we should get caught up in the past and hung up on the future, while beating ourselves up in the present. Doesn’t mean it won’t happen from time to time, when we least expect it, and when we least want to deal with it. We just have to roll with the punches, be ready to go where the wind takes us, and be confident enough in ourselves that we’ll never be lost, just not where we thought we’d be. Once we realize our time is wasted being hung up at all, we’ll see the past does have lessons to teach, the future does provide guidelines, but the present, this moment right now is the only thing that really matters, the only thing that’s real. Creating heaven on earth, simply means being authentically human. Going back in time could be fun, but how many of us really know Doc Brown and Marty McFly? Truly loving ourselves, means loving ourselves as we are, right now. Learning lessons of the past, means loving our fellow human beings, now.”

From the mind of critic:     “If attempted crimes are still illegal by virtue of the law, but the attorney general doesn’t uphold that law because the crimes weren’t successful, then is it the attorney general who committed the worst offenses? If not upholding the law and unsuccessful crime sprees aren’t illegal, is it any wonder that the pure vastness of our current chaos, gets crazier by the day? However, if it really is the darkest before the dawn, then darkness is still spreading. Just like many things in life, they have to get worse before they get better. As the conclusion draws closer, it will get much worse and much darker, because the target knows its about to get got. Just wait, nothing is going to happen right up until the moment it does; then it’ll go into overdrive. Public support will rise, and our corrupt, evil, racist, homophobic, antisemitic, white supremacist, chauvinistic, utterly stupid and malignant narcissist of a president might actually be held accountable, hopefully. If we stand up and unite around our shared humanity, we can toss the ultimate example of inhumanity out with the garbage where he belongs.”

From the mind of critic:       “If life always come down to choice, do we have full control over our decisions, while other decisions we have zero control over? Does this all or nothing thinking, drill into us at a young age, that us vs. them is the only authentic way to live? Does this division grow as we age and experience events, which fall into the exact categories our great great great great great great grandfather set up for us? Does this division not grow but ebb over time, because we learn so much of what we were told was bullshit, meant to lull us into a false sense of security where we never have to think for ourselves? Thinking is tougher, but much more fulfilling then being another obedient cog in the machine; promising our complete allegiance for the few scraps the money changers allow us to have. So yes, choices, it all comes down to two, to be bullshit, or to be real. That’s it.”

From the mind of critic:        “If we find ourselves asking, is this all there is, have we located the step right before, it is what it is? Do we take this first step and think no, there is way more than this, and it may take a long time, but a change is going to come because it’s natural evolution? Do we take this first step and think yeah, this is it, this is the top of the heap, where we start adapting amidst the notion that change is not only beyond our control, but ain’t coming because evolution only happens with massive power and influence, which the top won’t let us have one smidgen of? To change or not to change isn’t the question, it’s will we? Our perceptions tell us this is all there is, and it what it is, not what’s happening right in front of our face.”

From the mind of critic:    “If we’re supposed to make lemonade out of life when it gives us lemons, how do we know how much sugar to add? Do we dump some in, until we say, oooh boy that’s sweet? Do we dump some in little by little, tasting and testing every reaction along the way? Do we just drink it with no sugar, pretending its sweet, good and oh so tasty, when really it tastes like liquid sour balls? Do we say fuck lemonade, and grab some iced tea or a coke? Making the best of a bad situation, is one of the key survival skills we have. Without it, we might curl up in a ball and totally give up. However, always defaulting to make the best of a bad situation, always assuming it is what it is, prevents us from ever making things better. I’m not saying we should never accept things as they are, all I’m saying is we need to take them on a case by case basis, or we might miss the opportunity we’ve been looking for. Once we realize we can take lemons and make lemonade, but can also take lemons and throw them in the garbage, compost pile or even hit them with a bat, we’ll see relying on default settings in our thinking, might help us survive and might not, a quandary we can avoid by being open, and seeing what’s really out there; which could be completely different than originally thought. Lemonade is good, but could be poison if not tested. Overthinking, causes the anxiety of indecision. Being too sweet is like being too sour, something just ain’t right. Breathing in the full beauty and breadth of life, allows us the knowledge of what tears us down, and what builds us up.”

From the mind of critic:      “If the ebbing and flowing darkness is equal to the ebbing and flowing light, but passion, love, creativity, self kindness, preparation, humanism, accountability, equality, justice, peace and joy can swing it in either direction depending on amount or lack thereof, how can we ensure we give ourselves an honest shot, at putting ourselves in the right place at the right time, without knowing it? Be gentle in our self kindness, and loving in our self talk. It starts with us, because if we can’t be good to ourselves, we sure cant be good to anyone else. Self perception must be honest, before self reflection can be accurate.”

From the mind of critic:       “If we had to fight, claw and climb just to be at the point we’re at now, which feels like a huge accomplishment, does the realization cause life to throw us more tests, because we’re admitting to being happy where we’re at? Is life a cruel jokester, or are we joking ourselves when we think we have it all figured out? Does this discourage us from continuing to fight, because giving in is so much easier, or does it motivate us to keep working while we can, because we know respecting our body, means respecting our mind, which keeps our process flowing and our work much more productive? Being okay with our limitations, takes adjustment time to put it mildly. We have hopes and dreams which must be tempered with what’s possible, and what’s probable. Does this suck, of course it does, but it doesn’t mean we give up; quite the contrary. We allow ourselves to do what we can, by working toward our dreams when we can. When we can’t, and this is the key, whether it’s physical or emotional pain, from an inside or outside source, we must do what we can to care for ourselves. Being kind to ourselves when we want to do anything but, lifts our spirit, specifically because we took the time when we really needed to. Can we be kind to ourselves, only if we truly want to achieve our goals and dreams, and not endlessly talk about them. Kindness, is really all it takes.”

From the mind of critic:        “If we’re afraid to be the person we truly are, are we unafraid to be the person we’re not? Do we not think twice about speaking in a different voice, walking with a different gait, acting in a different character, or loving in a different way, but over analyze by beating dead horses about speaking how we truly speak, walking how we truly walk, acting how we truly are, or loving how we truly love? Does this fear of displaying authenticity, drive us to not only make bad choices and draw false dichotomies, but also to vote against our own issues, by supporting the exact opposite of humanity which disappeared from our soul, and which secretly we wish would return? What are we scared of, if we’re feeding the fires, by being who we truly are? Life is a soul destroying darkness, which vacuums up any semblance of love, fulfillment and joy. Life is also full of soul building light, that exhales blueprints of love, fulfillment and joy. The perceptions we have, equal the reality we see. Fear is simply a byproduct of figuring out this reality, specifically because it’s unknown. The courage it takes to move forward isn’t easy, the world wants us to fit in some pre formed package, that is easily understandable, and easily digestible. Once we realize our energy is much more useful, when utilized to be who we truly are, not how countless, parental, authoritative and legal standards say would bring us the best percentage of success, (which began with thumbs on scales) we’ll see that the world opens up, light shines brighter, and moments are more authentic, specifically because we’re not hiding ourselves from them. Being who we are, is the meaning we’ve been looking for. Authenticity makes true evil reveal itself, but also makes true good reveal itself. Advice is fine, if not taken as the gospel. Division melts away, when we realize how unified we already were.”

From the mind of critic:    “If we continuously claim that love isn’t all we need, and claim this because love won’t buy us food, water, shelter and clothing, not to mention pay bills or allow us to go out once in a while, do we not know true love? Have we never felt what it’s like to receive assistance for all our necessities, specifically because true love has never graced us with its presence? Do we know what a true partnership is, where people help each other because they want to, not out of obligation? Are we struggling right now with affording bills, education and just getting by, because we believe if we can’t use love to purchase groceries, it’s of no use to us? We all want to love and be loved, by virtue of being human. To admit we don’t need love, is the wolf in sheep’s clothing which keeps us divided. If we could see what real love is, and all details of what it means and what it can do, we’d realize if we want to survive as a species, it really is all we need.”

From the mind of critic:     “If we try to get away with something time and time again, but repeatedly fail, are we still guilty? Is attempting wrong doing, the same as succeeding at wrongdoing? If we assert our power every chance we get, cover up and scoot under the rug actions which might land us to jail, or at the very least make us lose our job, do we obstruct investigators that would prove what an evil mastermind we “think” we are, when really we’re really really bad at committing crimes? Do we figure if we do things out in the open, we won’t get caught because people won’t be expecting it? Has this hand in the cookie jar mentality been ground in since we were kids? Does it get worse when we become adults, which mutates when we get elected, metastasizing into such a malignantly narcisstic attitude, that we sexually assault with impunity, refuse to pay taxes, stuff our friends into the high courts, the cabinet, advisers and lawyers so they can end any investigation into us, cause we think we’re a king who wishes we were a dictator? This report was never supposed to be the end all be all. Muller drew his conclusions, and now congress has to do its job and investigate further. Will anything come of it, fuck yeah it will, if we stand up, and never sit again. It’s going to take a constant barrage from people and constituents, and not just a few days with signs, songs and speeches. I’m talking about now, until forever. The only way for us as a species to get past our current evolutionary dumpster fire, Is for us to show the powers that be, (Congresspeople, Senators, Presidents and all government officials in between) that they will never be able to wait us out again, because we aren’t going anywhere. Do we want to fuck this country up worse, and hasten the time when all civilization breaks down, then we do nothing. Do we want actual change, so that new day we keep saying is on the horizon, (which by definition we’ll never reach) will actually be here, then we need to stop ignoring, start pushing back, stop hating and start loving. Orange babymen aren’t our biggest problem, us thinking an “it is what it is”, is. It’s coming down to not men vs. women, Republican vs. Democrat or rich vs. poor, but extremist vs. non extremist, what side do we find ourselves on?”
