from the mind of critic-6/22/17

From the mind of critic: “If we make mountains out of mole hills, do we make mole hills out of mountains? Do we make small problems seem insurmountable, because we don’t deem ourselves worthy of success? Do we make huge problems seem insignificant, because we see them as not personally affecting us? Do we simply ignore everything, because we consciously believe ignorance is bliss? Some of us are drama magnets, while some of us are drama repellants. Sometimes our ego overshadows the problems all the little poeple have, making us think we don’t have those problems because we’re better than them. Sometimes our self-esteem drops so low, we think we can’t get past the simplest task, because positivity and happiness are meant for others. Once we realize that not blinding ourselves is the only way to truly see what’s in front of us, we’ll see that not making problems bigger than they are, and not thinking other people’s issues can’t happen to us, is how we truly unite. We have a lot of mountains and hills to get past, we have a much better chance of success, if we see what’s actually in front of us.” 🙂
