from the mind of critic-6/17/17

From the mind of critic: “If we’re constantly searching for the fountain of youth, are we afraid of getting old? Are we scared we’ll run out of time before we acheive our goals, so we’re attempt to put more time on the clock so we avoid ultimate regret? Do we feel like we’ve wasted time with trivial pursuits? Do we need more time because after we acheive some goals, we realize there are so many others? Time is a gift, not a curse. We only have a finite amount of time on this earth before it’s all over. We can spend time bettering our odds, by trying to look, think, act and feel younger. We can also spend time defying our odds, by going after our goals because it makes our heart sing, and because it’s the right thing to do. We can spend all our time talking about the good old days, or we can plan our present so we have a better future. We can kill time, or we can spend time. We can’t both be complacent and enlightened, we have to choose” 🙂
