From the mind of critic: “If we know we’re doing the right thing because we know we’re in the right, then is it easier to beat back challenges than if we waiver? Does our act of hesitancy no matter how miniscule, give the darkness just the opening it was looking for, so it can enhance its brainwashing techniques? Does having doubts, cause us to pause when moving forward? Does having no doubts, cause us to mash the gas when moving forward, not realizing we may be moving in the wrong direction? Doubting ourselves all the time, and questioning every nook and cranny of our motivations, can cause us to pause or halt action for fear it may not be perfect, and may not have the desired effect, because we believe everything has to be perfect to actually work. Never doubting ourselves, and never questioning any part of our motivations, can cause us to move so quickly, we forget about variables meant to impede our progress, or ignore by believing they can be steamrolled, when really they are meant to block us, and steal our attention so we don’t see the correct path. Balance once again seems to be the answer, questioning and analyzing some, so we know the best way forward, but not so much we use it as an excuse for inaction. Doing the right thing, is always right. However, unless we balance analyzation with action, we’ll never know what the right thing is.”
