From the mind of critic: “If the definition of insanity is doing something over and over again while expecting different results, but the line between genius and insane is akin to the width of a human hair, how do we know when we’ve gone too far? If our determination outweighs our talent, or even our intelligence, but something within us keeps pushing us forward, how do we know when to keep following our heart, when countless people and objects are pulling us in the opposite direction? Do we always follow our heart even if our brain is advising us otherwise, or are there times when we tread cautiously because although we get bits and pieces of heart and mind symbiosis, nothing is clear until we turn on our light? Sometimes we can just tell something is the right thing to do, we don’t know where it comes from, but something deep within us is screaming for action. Other times we can tell we’re getting pushed or pulled, but go with it because we either don’t know or don’t care about where we’re going, as long as it ain’t here. When we feel very strongly about an issue or about the right solution to a problem, we can keep doing the same task, thinking this time is going to be different. This time, as opposed to the last 1000 times, is going to be different. Once we realize following our heart is always the way to go, but utilizing our mind can focus our progress in the right direction, we’ll see expecting different results is only insane, if we believe we’ll always get the same answers from the same questions. Winning hearts and minds, starts with our own. Doing the right thing, involves uncomfortable work toward a just future. Determination isn’t all we need, that is spelled REAL LOVE. Explaining the unexplainable, takes a strong heart, and a loving mind.” ?
