From the mind of critic: “If the flower of hate needs sun, water and safety to survive, does love? Do hate and love just appear, because it’s bred into us from the moment we first interact with society? Do hate and love have to be carefully cultivated, because many factors have to come together for fruition to be achieved? Do we gain love by learning what hate is and vice versa, because it’s one more example of keeping a positive negative balance, specifically so we know what each concept consists of? Hate doesn’t fall out of the sky, just like love doesn’t, just like politicians don’t. The actions we take, which form from the thoughts we have, which appear from the experience we endure, are but an outcropping of our soul’s development. If we’re surrounded by hate and darkness, and are raised or indoctrinated to believe it’s truth, and all other ideas are false, then hate and dark will be espoused. The great thing is that love and light are espoused exactly the same way. We aren’t born with love or hate, we learn them. We can overcome our childhood, but only when we stop ignoring it. Hate will continue to flourish, until we use the weed killer of love. Hate doesn’t define us and love does, but we must choose to make that determination.”
