from the mind of critic-4/20/18

From the mind of critic: “Do we smoke em if we have em, or because we can? Do we do everything we can do, specifically because we can? Do we utilize discernment when making decisions, so we do some things because we can, and not do others even though we could? Does our impulse control keep us from making rash decisions, or are we so deprived mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially that we try to do everything all the time, because we fear we’ll miss out or have it taken away? None of us are robots, and not all of our actions will be for our highest good; no matter how much we do or do not try. That said, we don’t have to do anything we don’t wanna do, and we especially don’t have to do anything just because we can. There are many things in life we’re able to do, but that doesn’t mean we should. We could commit murder, robbery and other violent and lacivious acts, but it doesn’t mean we should. That’s an extreme example, but you get my point. The determining factor in our decision making process, should be why are we acting. Asking why, can stop many bad decisions. We can all go down the wrong path, discernment and critical thought keep us on the right one. If we have em we can smoke em, but we don’t have to. Realizing consequences stops bad choices, and ushers good ones.” 🙂
